Welcome to 4-H in the Classroom

4-H in the Classroom

 Dear Educators,

Auglaize County 4-H has many programs that are available to you
as a school teacher.  These materials can be used by you to supplement your current curriculum in the classroom.  Not only will these programs "make your job easier", they will help stimulate and add new insights in the classroom.

The cost of these materials is $10.00 per classroom.  The books will be loaned to the class.  The materials will be delivered  to your  school's office and picked up upon completion of the project. All we ask in return is that you complete a class enrollment form so that we may officially enroll your students in the 4-H program.

Your students will become 4-H members right in the classroom and you will be their 4-H "volunteer".  At the end of the school year, your students will receive a certificate of achievement and a participation ribbon. Each student in third grade or higher is then eligible to attend 4-H camp  that summer and if they wish, they may exhibit their project(s) at the Auglaize County Fair.

If you have any questions about "4-H in the Classroom", or would like to enroll, please don't hesitate to email or call our office at 738-2219.  Just ask for Lori Now or myself.
