| Overnite Housing Permission Form | This is the form that should be used when 4-H clubs or affiliates are planning camping trips, traveling for multi-day conferences, competitions, etc. Please remember that per OSU policy, all adults staying overnight in a tent, dorm, hotel room, etc. with any youth other than their own children must be screened and approved OSU Extension volunteers. |
